Are you an Operations Leader from an engineering or manufacturing background looking to autonomously enhance operations for a leading edge manufacturing organization?
On offer is the chance to work directly with senior leadership teams to effectively lead and develop strategic goals across engineering, management teams, cost control and improvement projects.
This rapidly expanding specialist business are known within the industry for researching, developing, and manufacturing a wide range of highly technical products for the aerospace, military, and defense sectors. Due to continual growth and investment they hiring an Operations Director to play a key role in the business.
In this position you will be responsible for supervising teams to develop the engineering processes quality and sales to support the expansion of the organization. You will create and implement engineering procedures, ensure all teams effectively using Epicor (ERP) system, take responsibility for financial and operational targets, work with business development and sales teams to generate new opportunities and be a key decision maker in interactions with customers and suppliers.

The Position:

• Work directly with the CEO developing and implementing the company's operational and strategic goals
• Work cross functionally with a range of teams on improvement projects across the plant

The Candidate:

• Operations Director/ leader
• Proven experience leading a team of engineers
• Must have working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Epicor E11
• Hands on experience working across complex multi-disciplinary engineering projects
